Information about paying the deposit

The deadline for paying the deposit (August 12th, 2016) is closing fast.
Here are some details about how you can send your payment. There are two different kind of deposits have to be paid: accommodation (if you have your hotel organized by OTP Travel) and entry fee (for everyone).

If you have registered your accommodation through OTP Travel and got a registration number from them, please put the number on the comment field for the transaction. Please use this number for paying the deposit for the entry fee as well. You can send the deposit for the accommodation and the entry fee together in one transaction (or you can send it separately).

If you have your accommodation organized NOT through our official partner (OTP Travel), please use your registered team's name in the comment field for the transaction. In this case you may send the ID card fee for every participant (100 € per person) with the deposit or you can pay it in cash at the registration desk on 11th October.

Please remember to include the amount for the bank transfer costs at your end. If the Organizing Committee has to pay for the bank transfer costs then you will need to pay this amount on arrival.
The remaining balance (50%) of the registration fees must be paid on arrival by cash at the registration desk located in the SYMA Sport Hall however if you wish, the whole amount may be transferred by August 12th, 2016.
